Al Wasl Viila’s and Retail outlet

Omid Rouhani was invited to submit a design for a complex of G+1 town homes and high street retail shops on Al Wasl Road, Jumeria, Dubai. The multiplex complex was designed as part of the new Dubai canal projects and all the villas and stores had a water front view. All the villas had its own private access from a back street and enjoyed their own private pool and roof gardens.
