JV House

Jumeria Village triangle,

Omid Rouhani designed and supervised the conversion of a two-bedroom track home in the Jumeriah Village triangle into a three-bedroom villa. Jumeirah Village is a subdivision designed and developed by Nakheel. In addition to the extra bedroom the remodeling also included changing all the finishes, extension of the kitchen and an addition of a family room to the open kitchen. The pool and landscape design was also designed in the same minimal language of the home interior.
