Omid Rouhani was appointed as the lead architect for B+G+1 custom home in the exclusive private golf estate of Emirates Hills. Emirates Hills is a high-end golf estate developed by Emaar properties in the new Dubai.
The house has been designed around a sunken courtyard that houses the swimming pool. The main circulation path in the home overlooks the double height cascading water feature that hides the pool bar. The courtyard design of this home helps keep a functional shaded sunken courtyard that is sheltered from the Arabian hot summer months.

The water of the swimming pool also helps in creating a passive cooling system for all the rooms facing the courtyard.
