Omid Rouhani was appointed as the architect and project managers for the modification and completion of a B+G+1 shell and core custom home in the exclusive private golf estate of Emirates Hills. Emirates Hills is a high-end golf estate developed by Emaar properties in the new Dubai.The C shaped house over looks a cascading infinity pool from the ground floor into the basement Jacuzzi. As a result the basement has been incorporated into the landscape to give a delightful out door in door experience.

The roof layout was also redesign to be able to accommodate a roof garden that over looks the dramatic Montgomery golf course and JBR/Dubai Marina skyline. The design and build project was completed in nine months.
