The Beach House

Omid Rouhani was appointed to design a B+G+1+R custom home on the famous Jumeira Kite beach in Dubai. The water front home will be replacing an existing structure and will be designed as a family residence. The house will accommodate a three car garage and service area in the basement. The ground floor will be an open plan living, dinning, kitchen and family room that all overlook the open beach. Upstairs houses the masters’ bedrooms and three other bedrooms. The green roof and roof swimming pool surrounded by shaded canopies is a great private outdoor getaway.
 
The fragments cubistic form of the house is adorned by a series of operable shade canopies that also give an extra level of privacy to a home located in a dense neighborhood.
