Omid Rouhani was appointed to design a B+G+1+Loft custom home on the world acclaimed Palm Jumeriah.
A man-made Island in the shape of a palm on the coast of Dubai.
The water-front site is located on F frond overlooking the Atlantis Hotel.
The house is designed to accommodate the views by slightly moving the house around its axis.
The most stunning elements of this home are its roof top lap pool and its hanging garden over the basement parking ramp.
