The Penna Building

Omid Rouhani Architectural Design was appointed to design a retail outlet on Um Suqueim Street, Dubai. Being inspired by the high speed traffic on the Um Suqueim road the front elevation was slightly angled from the plot line to further emphasis element of speed and also to create a green buffer from the highway. Shading canopies and screens that help shade the front glass facade is inspired by the air stream over a wing.
